In short

This website exists to learn what teams need from Markdown Pipeline. We measure how people use the site, and we store what you send us in the early-access form. We never collect the content of your documents through this website.

What we collect

  • Page events: which pages you view, which of our buttons and links you click, how far you scroll the guide, whether the sample file was on screen, and which sections of a page were on screen, and for how long.
  • Where you came from: the referring site and campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters, such as utm_source).
  • Technical data that PostHog records with each event: browser, device type, screen size, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Your form answers, if you send the early-access form (see below).

What we never collect

  • The content of your documents, tickets or files. The website has no access to them.
  • What you type into the form, inside our analytics events. Analytics events only record which options you picked.
  • Session recordings. They are off. If we turn them on later, it will only be after you accept, with everything you type masked, and this page will say so first.

The early-access form

The form asks for your work email, which tools hold your team's knowledge, and where you'd like the files to land. Four more questions (agents, how you feed them today, role, team size) are optional. With your answers we store the page you landed on, the referring site, the campaign tags, and which headline you saw.

We use your email only to contact you about early access. We'll reach out by email. No newsletter. We don't sell or share your answers. They are stored in PostHog Surveys.

We keep your answers while early access runs, and delete them sooner if you ask.

Cookies and your choice

When you first visit, we count page events without cookies: nothing is stored on your device, and the count is forgotten when you leave the page. We show a banner with two choices:

  • Accept: PostHog keeps an ID in a cookie and in your browser's local storage, so we can tell repeat visits apart and see which link first brought you here.
  • Decline: nothing changes. We keep counting without cookies.

We store your choice itself in your browser's local storage, so we don't ask again. You can change it any time: .

Tools we use

  • PostHog (US cloud) for page analytics and the early-access form. Requests go through our own domain on their way to PostHog.
  • Google Search Console for aggregate data on how our pages appear in Google Search. It adds no script or cookie to this site.
  • Cloudflare hosts the site and handles requests to it.

Fonts are served from our own domain. The site loads nothing from Google or social networks.

Your rights and contact

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected].
